"Quel culot de nous envoyer votre questionnaire. Nous n'avons pas pu passer nos vacances dan le gîte prévu car il était déjà occupé à notre arrivée. Aucune solution de re-logement nous a été proposé pour notre semaine de vacances après 780kms de voyage, seulement une nuit d'Hôtel et un remboursement du séjour. C'est vraiment lamentable. "Cute Swiss cabin interior in the heart of the city. Perfectly situated for free transport, bus to tram/train, easy to get to and from Geneva airport and lake is also walkable. Generous sized room & lovely bathroom with the best shower. Hotel restaurant amazing, delicious food and fabulous atmosphere. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. "
