"The front desk staff were all very polite, fluent in English and helpful!! The small, one bedroom apartment with large bed and very upscale bedding was a nice benefit as was the full kitchen with modern refrigerator, countertop stove and oven. The table seating 4 people was perfect for serving meals as well as using it as a work station. We also found the restaurant and staff to be excellent and the small grocery store just across the street was very convenient as was the large shopping mall with the Jumbo store about 5 blocks away."

"Their personnel is amazing, I felt welcomed and they are very professional, congrats to them! Lunch was incredible, so tasty, really a 5 star hotel :) Only one thing that needs to be renewed is their air conditioning in the rooms, they are old and should be upgraded already, it is either too hot or too cold in the room."
