Nice, clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with public transit nearby. Only downside is that there was no air conditioning however, standing fans were provided.

The location is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a two-star hotel which I did not realize when I booked it. Therefore, it did not have some of the fancier amenities.

Being at the top of the hill meant walking most places was down hill. Still some places to walk up mainly to the larger piazzia. Great dining around the hotel both for breakfast and dinner. Beautiful older state house with large open area overlooking Perugia. Would stay here again

Surprisingly okay. Great staff!

Our stay at the Hotel Iris in Perugia was quite nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was not perfect but definitely adequate. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but we slept fine. There wasn't anywhere to set our suitcases open but the floor. Otherwise the Iris was very well located and all went well.

Everything you could hope for. Great gateway to dynamic Perugia. Friendly and helpful service - nice homeliness. Clean, quiet and great value. Value simple breaksfast and bar fridge.

The Iris is so close to the wonderful escalators to the underground ancient Etruscan city, and main Perugia Piazza. The hotel has been thoroughly modernized with lovely rooms that still have have beautiful painted ceilings and original large windows with shutters. Favorite hotel in Umbria!

The first room we were offered was awful. Very dingy and scruffy with no view. Was not happy. Asked for another room higher up. Got a room on Ist floor with lovely view. This room was nicer. Much happier and enjoyed the stay. Don’t book through Expedia, a mix-up meant we were charged an extra €80. Not happy about this.

dichtbij roltrappen stad in. Badkamer prima. Maar foto's expedia zijn zo gemaakt dat het er mooi en luxe uitziet en dat klopt echt niet. Gammele trap, deuren met versleten sloten, lampen met plakband en een kapotte ventilator aan de muur met losse kabels. Was ok, personeel heel aardig maar verwachting waren best hoog.

El edificio es precioso aunque necesita un mantenimiento. Muy buena ubicación, al lado de la estación de autobuses y de las escaleras mecánicas que llevan al centro histórico. Hay restaurantes y supermercados al lado.

L'emplacement est très bien, aux portes de la vieille ville. Proche des bus. Très belle terrasse. En revanche l'hôtel est vieillot dans sa décoration. On entend les voisins de chambres, les portes grincent, les voitures et motos se garent à ma fenêtre (rdc). Nous avons payé en plus 15eur par nuit pour un lit-bébé, c'est un aberration de demander autant ! (surtout pour un hôtel familiale)

Simples - curta estadia

Bem localizado, estacionamento próprio a 10 euros/d, sem café-da-manhã. Nos serviu bem para 1 pernoite, mas o padrão é bem abaixo dos outros que escolhemos para nossa viagem, seguindo mais ou menos os mesmos critérios apresentados pelo Hotels.com. Não possui elevador, por exemplo, o acabamento de lustres e janelas deixam a desejar… banheiro e cama são confortáveis.
