"Le camere sono nuove, di qualità eccellente e tenute benissimo. Pulizia ottima. L’hotel si trova in centro, proprio sulla via principale. Alcune delle camere si affacciano proprio sulla via principale. Da qui a piedi si raggiungono tutti i principali punti di interesse. La colazione a buffet è ottima e molto variegata, con prodotti di qualità. Il personale è disponibile e discreto."

"Very nice staff at this convenient and basic hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's about 3 minutes walk from the minimetro stop very near the main piazzas. The staff were very welcoming, allowed us to drop off luggage early and gave us caffé on arrival, then we returned later to check in. For the price and the staff and an authentic experience in beautiful Perugia,...

"Convenient location quite close to old centre with several supermarkets nearby. The apartment contained a sauna for one and there was a washing machine and dryer in the laundry on the same floor. Apartment includes fridge and induction plate, but no oven or grill. Shower adequate and hairdryer. In general, perfect for a one-week stay."

The staff - led by Gonzalo - was great, friendly and efficient. Our stay of two weeks made it feel like home away from home. Highly recommended and our thanks to the entire team."

"Beautiful views of the countryside. Ample breakfast with lots of choices. Room simple but great value."

The room was beautiful and clean and super comfortable and the view could not be beat. We fell in love with this hotel and its owners and can not wait to go back. If you are on the fence, don’t be. This place exceeds all expectations!! We will...
