"Once we hit in the apartment was very nice..No one was there to greet us, Our travel was delayed, so it was later than expected. We were never told that the elevator had been broken for a very long time and we had 52 steps to go up or down every time we exited the building. We were very skeptical about going out at night. The back of the building was on a nice street but other than that didn’t seem safe to me. The owner and the property manager were amazing!"

"If you’re going to Pescara, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with a prime location and gorgeous building and private tree grove. We stayed with our two young kids and the walk to the beach was a breeze, as was everything else. The rooms are well-appointed and modern; no weird old building “quirks” here. "We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, very well organized, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was excellent, with Nikki Beach nearby and a stunning rooftop bar overlooking the water. Luciano was an exceptional host—kind, knowledgeable, and fluent in multiple languages including excellent English. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even checking in on us after we left. Highly recommend!"
