You have all instructions available in the apartment too. You have supermarkets in close proximity, bus stops a lot of caffes in walking distance. Beach is 500 metres away. "If you’re going to Pescara, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with a prime location and gorgeous building and private tree grove. We stayed with our two young kids and the walk to the beach was a breeze, as was everything else. The rooms are well-appointed and modern; no weird old building “quirks” here. The location was excellent, with Nikki Beach nearby and a stunning rooftop bar overlooking the water. Luciano was an exceptional host—kind, knowledgeable, and fluent in multiple languages including excellent English. "This apartment is so beautiful. Marina has lovely taste in decor and design. We appreciated the space this apartment offered for our group of 5. The location is good, not far from the city centre, beach and restaurants. Marina was so helpful, she picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off at the train station upon departure.
