"This AmericInn is next to the bay of Green Bay and has lovely views of the marina and lighthouse. There is also a fire pit with Adirondack chairs beside the lake. The breakfast was very good and our room very comfortable. Definately good value for money. There is no elevator (supposed to be installed this year) so it is worth mentioning the n÷d for a ground floor room if unable to carry a suitcase and walk up a flight of stairs. The other negative for me was the single use plastics in the bathroom. They said they would be switching to bulk containers next year. Also, however tempting it is to sleep with the windows open beware the night time trains!"

"A very pleasant place to relax and get rejuvenated. We were there for our 35th anniversary. Bonnie and Bob, had balloons, a card, and a bottle of wine awaiting us. A nice touch. The view and sound of the crashing waves was great, especially the beautiful sunrises. It was quiet except for the traffic on hwy 35 but we got used to it. We stayed for 1 week and we would definitely stay again."
