Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. "The hotel is very close to the Sunway Lagoon waterpark which is the main reason we selected this hotel. It is also very right next to the Sunway Pyramid mall so very close to shopping and dining. There was some confusion with room booking and I had to upgrade ours to the family room to ensure we get 2 double bed. I suggest to ensure webpage does not allow the wrong selection since it is not a good feeling to have to pay more once you get there. The family room is quite nice. They provided robes and slippers for kids as well and they also have bath soap for kids. My one complain is they do not refresh the water bottles they provided which doesn’t make sense to me. I get that I might not get more bottles per day but since I am staying multiple nights, they should refresh daily. "
