"The staff was amazing from the time we checked in late to the moment we checked out. After letting the nighttime front desk attendant of an issue with our room, we were accommodated and moved to an upgraded suite. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were all clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the museum and art features throughout!
