"Cloe the deputy manager was awesome! We had a medical event & she absolutely owned it! Rang 111 with us, relayed info,organised taxi to ED,showed that extra genuine care by sending us with water and biscuits, made sure the night porter knew we would need access & checked in with us in the morning extending check out without us asking! She did all this with professionalism and respect and led her team to give a seamless friendly & efficient service. Would recommend without hesitation and 5 stars!!"

"When you read the reviews, you see the breakfast is rated really highly. Having had breakfast this morning and experiencing the lovely bloke working the breakfast, we couldn’t rate it higher. The food itself too was lovely but the bloke was so friendly, funny and just brilliant. It’s not that we wouldn’t have gone back before, but we did specifically say we’d love to come back to experience his humour again. Really nice stay. Warm and cosy. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. The leisure facilities were very good, the pool was warm and on both occasions we visited it was not busy. It was also handy that the hotel provided towels for guests using the leisure facilities. The only criticism was that the young lady working in the leisure centre lacked some customer service skills. The breakfast was extremely tasty and there was always plenty of food on offer. It was a nice touch that the chef came out and greeted all the guests in the morning and ensured all guests were enjoying their breakfast. A big thank you to Sharon who accommodated us on our final morning after we arrived slightly late for breakfast meaning we could still enjoy a breakfast to our liking. We would definitely stay again. "
