We didn’t need cleaning daily but they still left the refill of coffee, teabags, water etc for us which is very useful. Parking can be a bit tricky but we managed to find a space usually after 5pm. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in town centre."

"Lovely hotel with amazing views. The staff although a bit scared at times, were excellent. Gloucester is easily reachable by car, we had a fantastic meal at the docks both for dinner and a late breakfast. The cathedral is a must, we had a really interesting guided tour."

"This hotel provided me with a fantastically located place to stay whilst attending a nearby wedding. Situated within a gorgeous looking building the hotel makes use of its period features without giving a dated impression. The room I stayed in was spotless and had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Being in the city centre was also another major positive as it meant I could arrive into Hereford by train and walk to the hotel. Hotel staff were also unendingly polite and facilitated a frictionless check-in despite the time of night I got there. I would 100% stay here again if I find myself in need of a hotel room in Hereford."
