"I phoned to upgrade my room no available rooms so I asked to cancel for a full refund which they agreed and I never received my money back.. very un helpful and very hard to contact a human on the phone.. not recommended in any shape or form.."

"Location and view from our room fantastic. On checking in we were not informed by reception that if we wanted our room served that we had to ask !!!!!!No disabled toilet facility on ground floor and only one lift working which was very inconvenient in busy times. "Nice location overlooking the sea though some rooms have terrible view at the back of the hotel looking through filthy windows and brown net curtains. Most of the staff helpful and pleasant. Food good. Basic rooms very expensive and very small. A bit tired. No fridge in room, no frills. Good ..."
