"The best amenity was the sound machine as the walls were quite thin! Of course we just laughed at the sounds/ noises from behind the wall of the Navigator room! You just have to have sense of humor in life!! There were several slamming doors throughout the night in the hallway making it seem like your room was being opened.The staff, breakfast were great. We really needed new towels if staying 2 days but all in all lovely atmosphere, the pergolas were a nice relaxing point same as the stunning Capt’s Quarters porch.Loved it❤️Would definitly stay again. Loved the sweet charming southern accents. The decor absolutely stunning and comfortable."

"The house was great and the property was maintained as well if not better than described. The water is fairly shallow so my kids had a lot more space to play in the water than what we expected. The house is about 15 minutes from the nearest little store and maybe 20 minutes from gas so it helps to prepare a little bit. That being said, the spice cabinet was full, there were coffee pods, condiments, and a well stocked kitchen so cooking wasn't overwhelming. There's a fresh seafood market in the nearest town as well as a grocery store. My family really appreciated our stay here and if we decide to return to the area again next year, I know exactly where we will stay."

"House was lovely and clean. It was hot outside and the AC made it nice and cool. Shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. We watched the sunset on the swing in the backyard. It was secluded and quiet. Definitely a respite from the hustle and bustle of life."

"Easy walk to town. Never moved my car. AND, beautiful water views from the front porch. Most comfy bed and so clean. Very attentive hostess. Wanted everything to be perfect for me. So happy!"
