"The room was beautifully clean and decorated well and had an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Very happy with the room and amenities. Unfortunately the owner had forgotten we were coming even though I had phoned her the night before. We arrived and spent 15 minutes in the dark and cold (3C) knocking on the door . No answer. No lights on. I tried ringing the mobile number 7x. Eventually it was picked up - she was at the gym! She told us how to get in, which was a relief as we were just about to go off and find a Travel Lodge. The room had no heating on and we had to sit in our coats. She returned an hour later. Also it was quite hard to find as the map showing the location isn’t correct. I gather that is being amended. Overall it is a nice place as long as the owner doesn’t get confused about your booking"
