We booked this hotel to attend a wedding reception at a nearby venue and got an excellent deal on Expedia. Absolutely couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. It is clean and well maintained in all areas and the room (deluxe double) was perfect. There was also plenty of guest parking and the staff were all lovely and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent with a good choice of food and drink, well stocked and the option to sit inside, in the conservatory or in the garden - which is also stunning! If we are in the area again we will definitely book this hotel

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we got the cosy double room. We were attending a wedding at another location in London during the weekend we stayed. For the price of the room, I was expecting it to be a bit bigger and there was no tub in the bathroom, only a shower and the washroom was tiny. I’m sure the more expensive rooms were nicer but for the beautiful hotel exterior, gardens and the fact that they host weddings, we were expecting a bit more out of the room. It wasn’t a bad room by any means and it did what the room served to do, but there was nothing special about it. I’d give the room 3/5 stars because I’ve been to cheaper hotels that had lower cost rooms that were much nicer, bigger and had more amenities like a mini fridge, bathtub and a free breakfast buffet. It was closer to the wedding location for me but if you’re looking for anyplace in the city, that’s more affordable I’d recommend elsewhere.
