"We called ahead, to make sure the hot tub & pool were working. My friends & I are all in our 70's. We count on using the hot tub, & were told it was working. We wouldn't have made reservations, if we hadn't been lied to. They kept saying it would be fixed in a couple hours, & never was. We were there Mon- Thurs & got daily lies. I'm sure I talked to the owner & was told to talk to the manager! Halls were cold, bathroom fans are loud, phone #'s (internal) didn't work, & some bathroom repairs looked shoddy!"

"We stayed one night. When we arrived there was a used wash rag hanging over the shower head. The cable wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch tv. We were able to log into YouTube so our kids could watch something. $3 in quarters for the dryer but no change machine was not helpful. Staff were nice. The hot tub wasn’t very hot but it was indoor/outdoor which was cool. Breakfast included was good except the bacon was like eating paper thin jerky. "

"great family stay. 3 floors, clean rooms, clean kitchen, everything we needed was available. The snow, the trees, the windows, makes you feel as if in a fantancy land. Walk around Devils lake was amazing, frozen lake, hiking thru rocks, and then hiking the railroad. Cascade mountain a bit far-- but 25 minutes till not bad for a skiing. Will come back. "

"We had such a great weekend at this cabin. It was a perfect home base with plenty of room for everyone. Our first night, we walked to the brewery across the street for dinner. The next day, we skied at Devil’s Head, which was only a quick 15 minute drive, so it was very convenient to come back, make dinner, and then go back out to ski some more. We had so much fun!"
