"Stayed in a deluxe junior suite. It was ok - the room itself was nice, but we stayed as a family of 4, with 2 being on the sofa bed but there was no sheet for it. There was also only 2 towels. The area surrounding is beautiful. We were glad it was a 1 night stay over. Check in wasnt very friendly or informative."

"Llegamos cerca de las 8pm pudimos hacer el check in rápido. El hotel cuenta con restaurante asique cenamos ahí. La comida muy rica y abundante, probamos el vino blanco de la casa me pareció excelente. Era jueves a la noche y había músicos en vivo tocando música alemana. Muy divertido.!! "Its a 3star hotel that does not pretend to be anything else. Room was basic. A bit short staffed so the reception person was doing multiple jobs. Decor is dated but gives it character. There was no shower gel in the shower but the staff went out of their way to help and got me some. Really great service from staff, they all try and ensure that the guests are looked after. Great location. I would definitely return. "

"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "Wir verbrachten 14 Tage in „Kargl’s Almhütte“. Diese ist noch schöner und idyllischer als auf den Bildern. Es ist ein rustikales Holzhäuschen, was für 2 Personen und Hündchen vollkommen ausreichend ist.Die Zeit haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert."

"The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day.
