"Very quiet and quaint village. I would stay here again.Having coffee on the balcony right beside a mountain was the perfect setting. The most incredible restaurant right down the road was a plus."

"The room and the location were perfect for our overnight stay before the Neuschwanstein Castle. The room was more than sufficient for the 3 of us, it was clean, and the on-site restaurant was delicious. The only downside was we were unable to make use of the breakfast because there are two breakfast sittings and an already booked castle tour did not allow us to make use of the only slot available at the second sitting."

"Mr Lutz is a exceptional person. He woke up extra earlier to prepare the breakfast for me despite his personal duties. Extreme friendly and helpful person! The stay was a dream! I hope to come soon for my ski trip!!!! I wish Mr Lutz would offer a workshop what customer service and care means!"

"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. Sorry for writing this,but it is what it was! "
