Our stay at The Blanco was absolutely perfect! The location was very convenient. It was within walking distance to the waterfront and had easy access for Uber to pick us up and drop us off. We enjoyed everything about the place! It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were nice with all the amenities you would have in a hotel room, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was also a washer & dryer. But, it was the view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge that made this stay worth every penny!! It was absolutely beautiful at night! The private rooftop was an extra-special bonus we enjoyed during our stay. Roy was a wonderful host! Great communication and instructions for arrival and departure. We didn’t need to reach out for any reason during our stay but I have no doubt that his response would have been prompt if we had needed something. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer! We will definitely check with Roy first, the next time we’re in Philly! I don’t think we could have found a more perfect place!

We had an amazing stay! The unit was absolutely gorgeous, but the views were the real showstopper and truly unbelievable during the day or night. The location couldn't have been better. We were right in the heart of everything, making it super easy to explore the city, walk to great dining, and get wherever we needed to go.Huge thanks to Roy for being an incredible host! He was extremely helpful, welcoming, and responsive anytime we had a question. Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10—we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Philly!
