"Really beautiful property "

"Our suite was spectacular! Floor to ceiling windows that afforded fantastic views of the Thames and the London skyline, including the London Eye! The decor and finishings were top notch. Area around the property has construction (there is generally a ton of roadwork in London, and the area is still being developed in places), hence the 4 stars on that aspect. The entire staff was amazing, from housekeeping, to the doormen, to room service, to concierge services, to the front desk, the management, and the folks at Nine Elms Kitchen. They were kind, professional, courteous, and helpful. If we’re ever back in London, we will definitely stay there again."

"Absolutely lovely hotel! Small boutique hotel, private, spotlessly clean, good security, very quiet , AND? An unbelievably wonderful staff. Lovely linens on quite comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the shower, plus a wonderful included breakfast, & only a five minute walk to Earls Court tube station. Large variety of quality cafes, restaurants, shops, and services just around the corner. My new favorite hotel in London!"

"We felt very safe here with the 24 hour security guards. It is a very busy area being it is attached to the Chelsea stadium, but it was great. Staff was very nice and attentive, lots of shops and restaurants within reasonable walking distances, the tube is a very close walk to access, the weather was great so there were lots of people enjoying themselves... the entire experience was just a great one and we would stay here again when we return, because we will be coming back!"
