"Brilliant, clean and luxurious hotel close to Hue city but in a quiet setting (typically about 15 minutes in a grab taxi costing around 115k Dong or by taking the free hotel transfer). The staff were absolutely excellent and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The massages in the spa were the best we had during our stay in Vietnam, the food at breakfast and a la carte in the daytime were both really tasty and fresh. We particularly liked the egg station at breakfast over the weekend. Overall...

"Very nice hotel for the price. There is some space for parking scooters only. Located down a small alley, but conveniently located nearby is a Winmart as well as lots of restaurants and eating options. The beds are nice & comfy, the bathroom is good, the WiFi is strong, and there is a stocked mini bar in the room with snacks too. The only small negative thing to report is that i didnt get my room serviced during my 4 night stay."

"Superb service by the staff. The breakfast is ala carte, and they cook it only when you turn up at the dining area. Dining area is covered open air on 5th floor. During month of January, it is nice with cool and natural fresh air blowing. Hotel is new, just started in 2023. Highly recommend it. "
