Great stay with a few complications

The property is in a nice area with lots of restaurants and things to do around. I didn’t receive check-in instructions until I asked about 6 hours before I arrived. When I got to the property the code didn’t work and I needed to call the host to get the key out of the lock box. After check-in, the place was wonderful. It was a comfortable and quiet space that was clean and everything was in working order. Would definitely stay again - but would be weary of the check-in issues.

Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response.

Overall Great

We really loved this place! We encountered only a couple of issues and they are easy fixes. The biggest issue was checking in. I had messaged the host 5 hours before we were expected to arrive and never heard back. I brushed it off until we pulled in and there was still no contact. Thank God there were other guests staying there that had been in contact with the host. (There's 3 sperate rooms in one location.) They messaged the host and I finally got the information I needed. But it's scary to think what wouldve happened if they weren't there. Would we have been out $200+ and a place to stay? How long would've it taken to get a message back? After the initial contact the replies back were pretty instant. The actual room was amazing. Has everything you need! Really clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice TV. Very intimate and personal unlike hotels. The shower head could've been cleaned better. It had some buildup on it. But truly I would stay here again if those things could be improved on. We really enjoyed the secluded safe place and not having to be in a hotel. Also great location!

Excellent stay. Very close to everything I needed. Just as pictured. Temp was nice and cool inside. Great to see a cooktop even if I didn't use it. Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean, well maintained. Will be my go to the next time I'm in Phoenix. Mahalo Nui!
