The entire property is professionally cleaned, all linens laundered, and sanitized in between each guest.
1. No parties or events are allowed on the property. This is a zero tolerance rule and reservations will be cancelled without refund for any violation of this.
2. Do not smoke anything inside of the house. There will be a minimum charge of $1000 plus any additional cleaning costs to remove smoke smell.
3. We love animals too but pets of any kind are not allowed on the property.
4. No unregistered overnight guests beyond the number noted on the reservation. If you intend on having additional guests visit the property during your stay please notify your host for written approval.
5. We do not allow guests under 21 to book this property.
6. Please respect both neighbors, the community, and the city of Scottsdale’s quite times from 10 pm to 8 am. These are strictly enforced by the city and fines range up to $2500. Tennis court lights should be off during those times as well.
7. What happens here, stays here…including damaged property and broken items…please report any to your host immediately as some unaddressed maintenance issues can cause further damage.
8. If it’s not yours, please don’t take it when you leave. We do a full inventory between guests and anything taken from the property will be billed back to guests.
9. Please respect check in and out times. Checking in early or checking out late without prior approval could result in a charge of $100/hour.
10. No illegal activities on the property.
11. Make big memories, not big messes. Any additional cleaning will be charged back to guests and in extreme circumstances it will be cause for immediate cancelation.
12. Please exercise caution when using the pool and diving board. Do not leave children unattended. Absolutely no glass by the pool. Pool equipment should not be tampered with. If you need assistance with the pool please reach out to your host.
13. Guests have access to the garage. There is a vehicle in the garage that should not be touched.
14. Please do not move or rearrange any furniture. All furniture must remain in its original location.
15. Don’t forget your host is only a click or call away should you have any questions on anything.
16. Do not move, unplug, or adjust the settings of any audio or video equipment without explicit permission.
17. Agreement to the rules, by confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by all the house rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, or termination of stay without refund.
