For a basic short stay 3-star hotel,its descent, clean, hot water, close to airport with shuttle service. No roaches, waterbugs, ants or other pesky creatures and the wonderful scent of lemon Fabuloso and bleach greets you at the entrance door which means they are CLEAN. Very friendly and helpful staff too

We checked into our room, and the door was wide open apparently to dry out a very wet carpet. The bathroom sliding door wouldn’t close, nor would the sliding glass window. It would have nice to have printed guidance for the tv, as we had to phone maintenance to reboot it. The staff was professional & attentive

Value for money! For such price, you get effortless complimentary airport shuttle service two ways (pickup plus dropoff) and complimentary light breakfast. For a matter of about $10 you can get uber ride tp downtown temp where you have chances to walk around and dine.

For my stay it did the trick. This could be a really great hotel but it surely needs a lot of upgrades. Our room had a microwave with a dial-very old (but it did work)The staff however, were amazing, They were caring and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were very clean but again the rooms need some attention. Overall though it was a good stay and due to the area I would stay again. I needed to be fairly close to Banner Hospital and the airport. With all said it cannot get 5 stars probably between 3 and 4 closer to 4. They do have a continental breakfast.

This is a tired property that is apparently under new ownership. My GPS was unable to find it under the new name, so I had a hard time finding it. I needed a place to sleep for a short period of time, so it met my needs in that regard, but this is not somewhere I would stay at as part of a vacation. The low price was appropriate for the experience. The staff were all friendly.

I have no issues with the staff, they were nice enough. The property was disguising and poorly kept. Carpets were filthy, there was a bad odor, bathroom door was broken and would not close properly, I felt like I was staying in the projects. To top it all off there were prostitutes leaving as I was checking in. Luckily I had a sleeping bag to sleep in on top of the bed covers. I got out of there as fast as I possibly could.

Gayla at the Front Desk is the absolute best part of this facility. Friendly, efficient, helpful, the best. However, the room was filthy. Toilet seat actually had dried feces on it which I cleaned off myself. Rug filled with crumbs. One lamp totally unfunctional. Since it was a short overnight stay with an early airport departure, I chose not to contact desk or change rooms.

Would definitely not recommend. After one hour in the room, we had to leave and ended up staying at another hotel in the area. The horrible dog excrement smell that they attempted to cover with copious amounts of carpet deodorizer were just overwhelming. It made us all sick at our stomachs and suffering with headaches as well. No refund was offered and had to pay an additional charge at a different hotel. Staff was friendly enough. The rest was a short lived horrible experience.
