"Hotel is clean, very central to Vic Station and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included) was exceptional. Few quirks. All for saving the planet but the flush system on the toilet was poor. The concept of the TV for streaming from your device to Netflix/Prime was really hit and miss. We come from Canada and may have to do with the apps themselves but had lots of trouble connecting and getting wireless sound. Otherwise it’s hard to beat in terms of comfort and location."

"Do NOT stay in this hotel. There were nothing but issues from the time I checked in to the time I left. Almost everything in the room was either broken or malfunctioned at some point during our stay. The shower drain was clogged, the shower head fixture was broken and only sprayed water at the wall, the phone was disconnected so you could not contact the front desk for help, the air conditioning unit was either leaking water all over the bed or making horrible clanking sounds when powered on. The staff treated us like we were a massive inconvenience when we came to front desk to ask about anything from repairing the various issues to help getting a cab. This one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. For the amount of money they are charging per night I promise you can find something better that offers the bare minimum like a shower that drains or at the very least a hotel team that makes an effort to fix it."

"Upon entering the hotel there was no one to greet me. Its a self checkin which i didn't like. A staff member was around and he did help with the process as I was struggling. Checkout is the same concept. The hotel always smelled good. The gym was adequate but the weight machine was missing some keys which limited the ability to function. It was always empty. Breakfast at the hotel was a bit limited but it filled its purpose. I didn't see many outside options for breakfast. The is a supermarket across the street which was very inexpensive and a souvenir/ grocery store on the same street as the hotel. Also next to the hotel is a chicken place that offers grilled and fried chicken at a very good price and the food was good. The hotel is within a short walking distance of Big Ben, the Eye in the Sky, The Aquarium and its promenade and the Big Bus Tour. Staff were very friendly and polite. Bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. In room safe and closet was spacious with adequate space for luggage , refrigerator and coffee machines. My room faced the main street so you did hear some noise from people outside at night. Overall I was satisfied as it served its purpose."

"We really liked the view in our room and it was in a great location. However, we noticed that supplies like hand wash, tissue and body wash were not refilled and it was hard to reach anyone by phone all afternoon. I had to go to the front desk and they refilled the items right away. I enjoyed their morning breakfasts and friendly staff."

"Breakfast was good but it is an extra fee. Pool is nice but no hot tub/jacuzzi. You have to reserve pool time which can be nice so its not crowded but need to know in advance. Had a room with a patio and gorgeous view of the river. In walking distance of Big Ben and Londons eye. Staff was iffy because they gave my room away and then had to pay extra for a different room but the doormen were friendly. "

"Clean and pleasant hotel with lovely, helpful staff. We arrived well before check-in time and the gentleman at the desk was kind enough to swap our booking to an available room which we really appreciated! Complimentary breakfast was simple but a nice option to get a coffee and light bite before heading out into the city, there are lots of lovely cafes and bakeries within a 5 minute walk of the hotel too. The area was quiet and we weren't bothered by any outside noise. The only issue with the room was a slight smell from the bathroom drains if the water hadn't been run for a while but this didn't impact the room if we kept the door closed overnight and when we were out."
