"Room wasn’t quite ready for our 3pm check in. Had to wait 30/45 mins. Not really a big problem. The receptionist ‘Toon’ was very very good and made sure any issues were dealt with very smoothly. She has single handedly made our experience pleasant. Breakfast was very enjoyable."
