His enthusiasm for Perugia, Umbria, and his Villa were evident in every conversation. The apartment was perfect with fully equipped bath and kitchen. Perugia is ideal homebase for visiting the incredible hilltowns. One week was not enough to see everything there is to see in this area. We recommend the listing highly especially for English-speaking tourists since Giuseppe is fluent and helpful in every way."

"The hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in, so much so we wish we had planned a couple of extra days there just to enjoy the roof top decks and lively area. The staff was exceptional and the young lady at the desk helped us tremendously when the train app was down last night so she fiund in online and printed a copy for us. I think her name is Lisa. I especially appreciated the IRONED towels in the bathroom, real touch of elegance!"

Wish we had taken a taxi from the airport as the airlink bus and metro were great but the lack of signage at the back of the hotel and the dreadful paths leading to it meant a poor start to the trip. However that said if ever we came to Perugia again we would most certainly stay at the hotel again. "
