Yet he could possibly offer a triple room, so I had to ask again once the responsible was there. I fell asleep and did not complain any further. I was disappointed that the head of the reception did not get back to me about this and farther, I never got any complimentary reward for this. When I checked out, It was highly visible that the main entrance lobby's floor was all dirty. This was in the afternoon already. I won't recommend this hotel at all. The staff was correct, yet not friendly or amenable. I could see they do not have any past experience in hospitality. "
