"parking was fine but a little sketchy overall. said no pets or no smoking but while staying i smelt nothing but cigarette smoke and saw 2 cats and 2 dogs INSIDE the hotel. bed was uncomfy and pillows were cheap. room was clean though but smelt of cigarettes. "

"Room was surface clean only and in need of maintenance. Shower fixtures were loose from the walls. Door handles inside of the room were just hanging from the door. Bedding was clean but torn in places and need of being replaced. Main lobby was clean along with the breakfast and bar area. Batteries did not work in room remotes for the tvs. "

"We were just staying one night for a concert and the house was perfect. Good proximity to the location, easy to find, and clean. The pool looked very nice though we didn’t use it. Kim was kind and helpful when the WiFi PW did not work."

"This place honestly shouldn’t even exist. From the time we arrived (after 2:30 and check in is supposed to be at 2) it was a crap show. Our rooms weren’t ready because they had to call the police to kick out people who refused to leave from 6 different rooms. That I later found out were alleged prostitutes. We went to late lunch and came back and one room wasn’t ready and the room they gave us wasn’t acceptable. We had a concert to go to so we figured that would give sufficient time to prepare the rooms. Got there after the show and it took her over 40 minutes to check us in. I then realized I was charged 3 times instead of 2 for the 2 rooms. I was told to dispute it with the bank. We went to check out our rooms and there were remnants of bed bug poop on the box spring. Under the bed looked like it had never been cleaned and there was a needle cap outside the door on the welcome mat. The other room was for my step daughter and she opened the door to find there was someone already in the room. That was my last straw. I was told they may or may not refund me. I will dispute with my bank. Nightmare of a place. Do not stay there. "
