"The property was nice. Very clean and modern. The area was great. However, communication with the host/property manager wasn’t great. I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel."

"Location was perfect and felt very safe. That's were the convenience ends. We are a family of 4 and only booked this place as it has a pool, jacuzzi and sleeps 4 comfortably due to having 3 beds albeit one was a sofa bed. Told to send a msg. the day before for check in details, never responded. Called the number provided, no answer. Finally via WhatsApp we got a response, after some time. We booked for 4 nights. No washing machine. No extra blankets. Had to contact the person via WhatsApp...

"A beautiful hotel in the perfect location! We were constantly impressed with the staff- everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, and made the stay a 10/10. The food in the restaurant was delicious, our room was spacious, and we couldn’t get enough of the views. The housekeeping staff was especially wonderful!
