"Easy to find and only 5 mins from Sandbanks by car. Our RV was in good condition but the queen-sized mattress is due for replacement. The interior was very clean and stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. There was only one condiment, salt. We didn't use the stove or oven because the propane bbq provided had a side burner and worked like a charm. Don't expect much privacy as the units are close together and far from soundproof. "Really nice property and had a shed to lock up our bikes. We stayed in a Victorian like room. Clean, comfortable, nice towels. Friendly welcome. Had an issue with a faucet in the room and we were immediately switched to a new room. The pub served good food and it happened to be jazz night, live band. Excellent full service breakfast! "
