"O atendimento dos funcionários foi maravilhoso, a galera da recepção super solícita e educada. Porém, o quarto deixou a desejar em vários aspectos, como por exemplo: o banheiro era apertado, com aparência ruim, o vaso estava sujo, a varanda estava com mau cheiro e a cama era dura. "Don’t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself. The shades in the room don’t block the light and the sun woke me up early every morning. It was very difficult to sleep when the sun was out. This hotel made my stay a horrible experience."
