Very accommodating, clean room, nice bathroom, and a soft comfortable bed. Plus a nice café and lounge space. My favorite place I stayed in Italy.

Whatever you remember about youth hostels, this ain't it. Modern, clean, not cheap (it's Switzerland), and it has a very nice wellness spa for a rather reasonable additional charge. Food is good but not fancy, and staff were extremely helpful. The only glitch was that I booked this stay with OneKeyCash, and hotels.com (i.e., expedia) took my money and gave me a receipt showing no balance due, but then didn't actually pay the hostel! We rented the family room for 7 and had an excellent experience. The rooms were both very clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful! The 8€ breakfast they offer was also good. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Amazing place me and my friends love it. Breakfast and all food was amazing the cafe co working area was beautiful.

Madama was my first hostel experience and it was great! Beds were comfortable and the location was great, about a 5 minute walk to the metro which can get you anywhere in Milan quickly. Area is safe and always people around, but quiet. Madama’s bistrot is very lively, so if you prefer a more quiet hostel this is not for you. This Hotel/hostel is very well run and in an extremely convenient location. There are a lot of activities at the hotel itself as well nice shops and restaurants nearby. There are private rooms which are basic, but clean and comfortable.

It was perfect for us traveling from Milan to Florence. Would totally recommend

It was right there in town, instructions where easy to follow. Had my own room with shared bathrooms, which where very clean. Short walk to Pisa tower and not to far from the train station. Great price

Quo Milano was very welcoming with a safe feeling in the dorms and with the bar alongside with a shared kitchen offered great opportunities to connect with other travelers. Highly recommended.
