"Erik's Apartment is in the Opera district midway between the Opera Hall and the base of Montmartre. It is a 5 minute walk from the Cadet metro stop. It is clean, safe and in a great location. "

"We absolutely loved our time here. As mentioned in other reviews, this apartment has an amazing location with restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc, all within short walking distance. Hosts were amazing. We felt lucky to have stayed here, and were sad to leave."

"We loved having two good-sized, separate bedrooms. The shower was great, with good pressure and lots of hot water. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The location is a walkable distance from 2 Metro stations (Republique, Goncourt). The Canal Saint-Martin area felt safe and lively. On Sunday there was a small pop-up market on Rue Alibert, where we bought fruit and patisseries. Later that day we discovered a larger street market near Republique, with clothing, jewelry, and misc items....
