"Satisfaits de ce 2ème séjour dans ce studio! Par contre il n’y avait aucun verre, ce que j’ai signalé au propriétaire mais en vain! Il manque aussi dans la salle de bains une patère ou crochet pour pendre les serviettes !Un grille-pain serait appréciable ! Idéalement situé à proximité du canal St Martin, des commerces et restos! "

The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood - easy access to 2 metro stations and lots of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and other amenities within a few meters of the apartment. "Studio bien équipé et propre. Il donne sur une rue avec une grille métallique comme un commerce pour pouvoir accéder au studio un peu déroutant. Peu isolé on entend toutes les conversations à l’extérieur et un bar est proche donc le calme n’est pas vraiment au rendez vous bien que cela ne tarde pas trop. Aucune fenêtre et aération possible autre que la vmc, vraiment l’air est difficile à respirer et les remontées dans la salle de bain ne sont agréables. Rien de catastrophique mais on peut mieux...
