"The staff at the Una hotel Forte dei Marmi is lovely. They were always corteous and helpful. Upon checking in, I asked to change of the rooms due to the room floor and they accepted the request immediately. We had one dinner at the hotel. It's slightly pricey but worth the money. They have great wine selection and suggestions by the sommelier were great. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing too! That the Tesla supercharger is located directly within the property makes it even more helpful if...

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Apart from being just a bit too far from the Beach Club we go to usually, this is a great hotel for families. I will definitely consider returning. Rooms modern and clean. Service exceptional and lovely grounds.

Great location, super friendly staff, beautiful property, the pool on the fifth floor was the topper. If I were to give advice, travel before October 1, the whole town shuts down,

The Palazzo Alexander is the most accommodating place we stayed at on our trip. Mario is a true gentleman who is a wealth of information. This is a great hotel in a lovely town.

A charming B&B settled outside of Lucca (~20 minutes), but with easy access to visiting many different areas. We rented a car from the airport (~1hr & 20mins) and I highly recommend it so you can move around with ease and visit different areas even go to the coast. The tolls are fantastic and fast. We stayed for 10 nights so we had time to enjoy and relax. We thank Filipo and Feredica, who have been so hospitable during our stay. Lots of options for breakfast with the best cappuccino ever. Easy taxi ride from the airport. Nice hotel on a quiet street, walkable to the river and the Tower sights. They do have an elevator and the Room was comfortable and adequate with very high ceilings! Small toiletries were provided. Window was able to be fully opened to take in the fresh air. Buffet breakfast had a large assortment of choices with freshly baked goods that were delicious.

Great hotel and spa. We stayed for three nights and loved every minute. Far from the hustle and bustle. A great place to slow down and relax. Beautiful location in the hills.
Maria at the front desk is wonderful!

The best part of the hotel was the pool and landscape around the hotel. The food at the restaurant was ok. The only downside of our stay was the drunk British man who couldn't find his room and woke us up at 3 am by sticking his head through our bedroom window looking for his girlfriend.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The hostess was exceptionally friendly and available at any time to help. I had a wonderful experience here. Wish I could give it more stars. Next time I'm in the area, this is my go-to spot!
