"The breakfast was subpar, was hard to get a turn in the hot tub due to people hanging out in it drinking alcohol for long periods of time, rented 2 rooms that were supposed to be adjoined they were not and was 4 rooms apart. Very displeased"

I was unaware that you could wear swimsuits with a zipper and I was unable to go down the waterslides with my four year-old because of my swimsuit. "Room and beds were very clean. This was my second stay here and it was just as satisfying. The bathrooms are a little small and the tvs are tiny. But we just used it for sleep. It is extremely budget friendly and just up the road from Dollywood. Highly recommend if you’re trying to save some money or are just looking for a place to sleep. It’s also within walking distance of a Casey’s Gas Station. So food is easy to find. Their breakfast was also really good for the price."

"The hotel was OK. We had stink bugs in our rooms. The buffet was $350 for 8 people and it was absolutely horrible food. The food is overpriced and it’s BAD. Really BAD. It’s a decent hotel but it isn’t 4 stars. And they need to revamp their food."

"Best place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Great on-site things for children to do. Nice inside pool and lazy river. Love the river view condo that we stayed in. There were a few things that needed to be updated, like the broken ceiling fans in both rooms and the handles on the showers that were broken. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Location is off the main drag which makes it super easy to zoom around place to place and not be in the heavy traffic on the main strip. "
