Inn at the Colonnade Baltimore - a DoubleTree by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"It was clean and comfortable, but it’s alarming that there were no grab bars and tub mat in the shower. The shower floor was slippery and a real hazard to even those of us who don’t have a problem with balance. When I mentioned it to the Desk Clerk, while checking out, he replied that whenever someone mentions it to him, he passed it along but nothing changes. "
New luxury apartment in Baltimore City near JHU and the heart of Hampden
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment was exceptionally well-maintained and impeccably clean upon arrival. The host provided top-notch communication throughout our stay and was quick to respond to all our questions. The layout worked perfectly for our small family with pets and child - everyone had the space they needed to be comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring Baltimore City and enjoying everything it has to offer. We would definitely recommend this property to other families and would happily stay here again!"
"already checked what the positives. the actual room left mush to be desired. very poor condiitions as far as furniture that was falling apart, the carpet was filthy, the night stand was uncleaned. the king bed, had only 2 small pillows. limited bath towels present too. fluorescent light above microwave didn't work. there were no hangers for the closet. even with calm weather the wi-fi, was spotty and buffering constantly. that meant endless wait times on laptop, and terrible tv reception. no in-room phone to call desk for service. although the staff was helpful and friendly, i would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and i would certainly never book there again. "
"This property was spot on with the photos. Very nice & very clean. The location is close to the airport and downtown no more than a 30 min commute. Located in a nice, cozy, and safe neighborhood. No need to second guess yourself if your in Baltimore this is the ONE. If accompanying a group this is the best option. Very quick responses. I have no complaints. "
"Loved the design of the property and the little details like the “shop this room” and the white noise machine! Lovely room setup so cute and also very sustainable, such a well curated aesthetic! One thing is the toilet hanger kept falling which was a little inconvenient, and I couldn’t find any tissues so I had to use toilet paper, but other than that I loved our stay and the cafe!!"
1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment with Private Entrance & Guest Suite
6/10 Okay
"Straight Forward and close to the zoo with free parking right in front of the house; Great hot shower. Clean Basement apartment. Beware of centipedes and other creepy crawlies. Fridge freezes everything, so consider buying ice for drinks and non-perishable stuff to eat. Kitchenette has cooking appliances and dishes, but no sink so you have to use the bathroom sink and trash can to dispose of food waste and wash dishes."
