"It was a rocky start. The place had a smell because there was trash in kitchen trash can, beds weren’t completely made and there was dirty linen in laundry. After contacting owner they sent a crew right away and made things right and didn’t charge me for cleaning fee. Neighborhood was tranquil and kids enjoyed watching the elk roaming around"
