They always smiled at you when you entered or left, which is such a small thing but goes a long way in making you feel comfortable in a place that’s not your home. Even the breakfast lady, she was working to keep the breakfast area stocked and cleaned and greeted you always with a chirpy good morning! They had some renovations going on but it was never loud or inconvenient."
