"We really enjoyed staying at this motel. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable for our stay 🙌 The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. "Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills to be as attentive as you’d expect at this price point. Very laid back and seemed geared towards a much younger crowd. A disappointment as we expected better service. At check in, requested the room to be cleaned daily,but it was only cleaned once out of 4 nights stayed. 5 star pricing without the service component will not bode well over time. We wouldn’t recommend for the price."
