Staff at the coffee bar were so unfriendly even a bit rude. The parking is down a hill with steep stairs which is not good for me. The heating and cooling in the room was awful. It was eother too cold or too hot even after adjusting the temperature. "

"Sheets were changed but remainder of room and bathroom were NOT at all cleaned! Used napkins, spoon, timesheets, crumbs, dog kibble, empty bottle of liquor! Shower drain clogged and we showered with water above our ankles. We went out to eat breakfast and told housekeeper we were returning to brush teeth. We refurned and she was in our room!!!! Keep your valuables and financial identity on your person at ALL times in this place. We go to a yearly event in Lynchburg and will be staying inn our camper van in the future! "
