"No AC as promised. Only works in summer months. Our room was 28 degrees. They tried to improve things with a cooler no sun room. But that does not make it right if you paid for AC."

Patrick at the front desk was amazing. Recommended great restaurants, made is reservations, helped us with taxis, and even order some sandwiches to go as we had a very early flight. "Great location. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Spacious and clean room. Bed mattresses were a bit too hard. The shower has only a piece of glass to stop the water from spilling out into the bathroom but it’s very small and water gets all over the floor. Not very safe. Overall a positive experience."

"The front desk reception were very good. Not ideal if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was fine. Room fairly small but perfectly OK if used just as base for sight-seeing. Very convenient for trams. Helpful in organising airport transfer. "
