"Nice property overlooking the Elbe river. They don't take credit cards which requires a transfer from a bank for 70% of your stay to reserve your room. The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. They own and operate an ice cream shop and restaurant with typical German food options adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed dinner dining on the terrace next to the Elbe.
Typical of many European hotels there is no A/C or fans but they are seldom needed. Bathroom was updated and roomy. Able to have 3 adults in one room which saved my family the cost of a second room. It is a quiet location about 20 minutes to downtown Dresden."
Fantastic holiday apartment in the middle of the old town of Pirna

"Great location, and a modern, clean apartment. Food and water left in fridge and cupboard a bonus. Other extras were in the bathroom, and a chocolate on the bed as a welcome. Great for a very short stay, as long as no clothes washing or ironing is needed. There was very good communication with the owner.
A comfort factor missing is that there are no bedside tables with reading lamps next to the bed.
Overall, very good. "
