"We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Davide and his father Nedo were great hosts and were readily available to help with any small issues and with great information about the area and activities. The villa is very inviting, lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. The location is great with lovely views and close to amenities and the train station in Pistoia. "This hotel is perfectly situated next to Pistoia town, half way between Pisa and Florence and a perfect quiet calm stop between the two. Sadly the pool was not working the day we were there which was a disappointment but apart from that the service was excellent and the team were lovely and friendly."

"Amazing staff was so helpful - I wanted to go to the zoo just nearby but the road is a very heavy traffic and no footwalk so the two girls was so nice to drive me there and pick me up when I was done with the zoo ❤️❤️❤️ Regarding staying there it must be nice in the summer when the pool is open - because it is I the middle of nowhere and not a lot to do "

"We were greeted by a young lady who spoke excellent english. The room we had was on the top floor and was very clean. We spent one comfortable night at the hotel and will return next year when the blues festival is on. The staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money."
