"I would simply not recommend this place for anyone. Roach infested. Pay to use the pool. Security guards treat you like a prisoner. Noisy ac units. Shower drain issues. Not getting the room you paid for. No soap, shampoo, or wash cloths. Moldy fridge. It seems there is no bereavement leave here for workers? Unprofessional. Go somewhere else with your money. "
"The condo is filthy and stinks. We were told they just clean it but it wasn’t. Hair all over the place, stain dirt on the table including the bed sheets. Ants cockroaches too. Molds in the fridge, freezer and bathroom. Towels are dirty.

"The air conditioning unit was not working properly because there is at least 2 inches of dust inside the filter.
I fixed the shower as the head fell out and the knob to turn the water on broke. And I also fixed the toilet hose and the little chain that is used to flush broke. So I changed that. Also screwed back the soap holder as it was not even attached to the wall anymore.
And there is a very strong mold smell coming from the bathroom ceiling as it’s Sheetrock… on top of a shower.
