"If you are a baseball or football fan the proximity to the ballpark was really nice. The walk took about 12 minutes. The staff was helpful; the valet service was super friendly and even though it was jammed they delivered the car when they said they would. Be back in 2027!!!"

"Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of a vibrant nightlife neighborhood in Pittsburgh. The staff were very attentive and very helpful, from the valet parking attendant to the restaurant's staff. Everyone made sure you felt listen to and taken care of. The Hotel itself was beautiful, recently renovated, with an artsy feel. We dined in the hotel's restaurant on the rooftop, and the views of all of Pittsburgh were just breathtaking. All in all a very relaxed and pleasant stay in a top notch hotel. Highly recommended."

"Great access to South Hills Village Mall. This mall is 100% active and all the stores are open for business. Not unlike the ones we here and see that are failing. This place has excellent stores just like back in the day. Grocery store is a short drive, maybe even walk to Giant Eagle, love this place. Beer and wine there, along with great deli foods. Hotel is right next to Rt. 19, direct access to the Liberty Tubes for downtown, light traffic most of the time. We had a suite and it was awesome, plenty of room to move around. Restaurants outside of the mall, great food at both we attended. We’ll be back at this hotel next time around."

"The property was clean and unique. The building was beautiful. Signage to find it was almost non existent and parking was horrible."

"We arrived late and most of our time at local hospital waiting for delivery of our grandchild. Parking area needs updated/paved and lighting, rest of the hotel is completely refurbished and modern."
