"Hotel is in a perfect location and staff was very helpful! We got a free glass of champagne at check-in, and the bar area is absolutely lovely! Our room was clean and bright with very good heavy drapes for nighttime. We stayed 2 nights and I would happily stay here again. There is a parking garage below level directly in front of the hotel."

"Tout a été parfait, nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Le seul point négatif fut l’eau chaude qu’un etait tiède à 18:00"

"Great basic hotel. Right next to the train station and just a short walk into town or to the bus stop."

"We loved our stay, it's was clean and easily accessible to the main part of Reims. The customer service was great and even arrived to a cute little surprise for my birthday. We would definitely stay again or recommend staying here"

"Un hôtel absolument magnifique, plein de charme et idéalement situé au cœur de Reims, dans un environnement très calme. Nous n’y avons passé que deux nuits, mais ce fut un véritable coup de cœur ! La chambre était tout simplement l’une des plus belles et des plus confortables dans lesquelles j’aie jamais séjourné. La décoration est superbe, avec beaucoup de caractère, dans une ancienne demeure du XIXe siècle qui a su préserver tout son charme d’époque. La piscine intérieure est très agréable,...

"Everything at the hotel was amazing, from the friendly and helpful staff, to the beautifully appointed room and the excellent location. The cave tour was also fantastic and very educational. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Reims."

"The staff is great but this is actually an apartment with front desk, they charge for cleaning and leaving trash in the trash bags and you had to clean your own dishes, i thought i was paying for a hotel so they do the services for me, the towels were very stiff and the bed very hard to sleep on, would no stay there again, the only positive was that it was close to the train station and front desk was kind"

"The building, hallways and rooms feel like dorm or hostel setup, very institutional feeling. The rooms are clean however and ours had a nice balcony. They had a nice breakfast that was included and added to the value. Getting to reception was a little tricky as you need to get through a gate and the intercom system is a little confusing. As is entry even after you have registered. The location is OK. Street parking is slim but free from 7pm til 9am and pretty reasonable if you need to during...

"Bad We arrived at the hotel around 12:30 pm. There was no staff onsite! Other guests told us the receptionist would be available after 2:00 pm. The hotel description mentioned that there are limited parking spaces upon requests. Actually, there are no parking spaces. There is no elevator. Carry-up the stairways. This could be a common issue for inner city small hotel. So, do your homework carefully. Good Location is good."

"It was our first time in France and the staff was amazing! The front desk attendant gave us a map and circled all the places we should visit. The room was very clean, it’s in a great location, and it was budget friendly 😉. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Bordeaux."
