"This is an immaculate guest suite with incredible views in a gorgeous setting. The owners were extremely responsive and communicative, enhancing our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the appliances and just about everything looks brand new. The grounds, pool area and views are amazing. If you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in a relaxing setting, this is the place! Your hosts will make sure you are well taken care of."

"The location as it related to my trip couldn’t have been any better. The apartment was super-clean and spacious. I admire the detail on the stairway leading up to the apartment (it’s the little things👍). I will most definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Aaaaaaand that was one, humongous TV screen! The building was a little bit sketchy (smells marijuana in the elevator ) and with many air b&b units from other private owners. "Rented this unit for a nearby family gathering. The listing was completely accurate. The view from the little deck is beautiful. It's just a 2-3 minute walk from a couple of restaurants and bars, and the path along the river is right across the street. Everything in the apartment is modern and clean. Carol was a great host and very attentive to our questions."

"This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints."

"How fun to stay above a hose barn in such a spectaular spot. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and really fun! As we sat poolside for a little bit we watched Frank driving his tractor, heard animals chatting and played with the dogs. It was the perfect spot to call home during our high school reunion. Loved it and hope to return again some day!"
