"The beds were comfortable. Staff attentive to requests. Pool shower did not work. Clean towels available. The hallways had a strong smell of urine. Bathrooms were not very cleaned. Small ants and bugs on the pool chairs and also inside the room, however it was rainy which could’ve caused this. Observed the pool being cleaned during the night "
