The hotel staff in the evening was great but the hotel staff in the morning and check out not so hot she was kind of rude"

"Just a heads-up, the staff will be knocking on your door, and they may be surprised if you’re still in the room at 10 AM. It felt a bit rude because we understood that checkout time is 11 AM. It would have been more appropriate to receive a courtesy call as a reminder rather than an unexpected knock, especially from someone who didn’t even smile and didn’t say good morning. she looked upset that we were still in the room and not checking out right away."
