The only area that could use improvement is the food. While we enjoyed our stay, the buffet and food options became repetitive, and more variety would have been appreciated. A refreshed menu would make this resort even better."

While the housekeeping could have been better—there were a few inconsistencies with room cleanliness, mainly our bathroom & shower walls and restocking the in-room coffee with pods. What truly stood out was the Star Class butler/concierge service. Henry, our butler, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—from reservations to special requests—and was always attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. His level of service really elevated our entire trip and made us feel taken care of every step of the way. The resort itself is nice and friendly staff, good food options, and a fun atmosphere. "The food was good. Granted im not a picky eater. But they had a good selection at the main buffet. Clean rooms. House keeping shows up every day. Staff was amazing. Mot much to say about the other amenities. I was they relaxing by the beach most of my time there. I would go back though. "

"A literal gem in Tamarindo! Outstanding view of the ocean, infinity pool and breakfast in the same area. Also I’m writing this after our trip to CR, and I gotta say the only place that served “real” ceviche (real raw fish) is their restaurant. And the olla de res is amazing! Our room had an A/C leak but the maintenance crew came within 5 mins after I called them. "
